If the slide is out, try this:
The system has a built in diagnostics. Pus one of the buttons and see if the led flashes.
If so, count the number of flashes and get back to me with the count.
To override the encoder and enter the
Manual Mode, press and hold the
SERVICE button until the two LEDs begin
to flash. See Figure 1 for location of the
S ERVICE button.
While in the Manual Mode each of the
two, room slide arms are activated by
pressing and holding the IN and OUT
buttons. One button will retract the front
arm. The other will retract the back arm.
Both IN and OUT buttons may be held
down at the same time to simultaneously
activate both arms to retract the room.
If one side of the room gets ahead of the
other, release that button until the other
arm catches up. The current limiting
feature of the control still functions in the
Manual Mode so each side can be fully
retracted until it stops.

Hello,
No problem at all.
The manual crank will be either at the foot of the bed or there will be an access from the outside of the coach directly underneath the center of the slide mechanism. The Winnebago wiring system is completely different than most others. Everything will be interconnected. The service (reset) switch should affect both controllers. If the parking brake light remains on, then the switch is staying grounded. On that new of a model, you should still fall under warranty. You can call KwikeeTechnical support at(NNN) NNN-NNNN They are very good to talk with and they can give you information on the nearest service center. I believe that you have a defective component or wiring problem and there is no reason to tear into the system when Kwikee will pay for the work.
I will be out on service all day but will be back around 4:00pm (CST).
Let me know if they can get you lined out. If , for some reason, they say that you are not covered, we can work through it one step at a time until we find the problem. I have the drawings and all of the technical info on the DigiSync so that will not be an issue. I just think that you need to let the manufacture do its job first.
