I have wired direct tv in houses and can tell you this much you come from the hd dish to a central point from there you have a splitter from the splitter you have to go to each tv
At each tv you need a hd reciever this will enable you to watch seperate programing
Now as far as the Dish itself being mobile I can't help you there
