You do realise this isn’t healthy and you want to be free. You need to sit back and reflect on how this has affected you so far, you need to distant yourself from him and look for more hobbies and activities that can distract your mind. Practice meditation and mindfulness. Try self validation and accept your feelings. Take a chance and ownership of your actions. I hope that’s going to help. It’s about your self control and realisation if you do have that now, in the next few minutes you can see the change process has begun.
