VerifiedIt sounds like she is overwhelmed with guilt regarding what she did and how she hurt you. Because of this, she does not trust herself to continue your relationship. She definitely has things that she needs to work through so that she can be loyal and trustworthy in any relationship, the best thing that you can do is believe her and allow her to have the time and space she needs to be better. Although you still love her, you have to trust that she knows herself best and she knows that she is not in a place to be great for you. Let her heal and when and if she comes back, you can evaluate how you feel at that time and make the decision that is best for you.
That is concerning. I would pack it up and place it out of your sight (so you won't be triggered by sadness) and wait for her to reach out regarding when she will make the effort to pick it up.
