Hi Jen,
Hope you have / had enjoyed the holidays with your family.
I am a bit leary.
A guy I am talking with wants to meet up with me tonight, I agreed. Next, he asks me to drive out to his Hotel and he would pay for the Uber - a 1 hour away proposition. I told him it is too far and I don't even know him but I will meet him half way. He said he would get some things done at work and call me back. If he calls back and agrees to meet me halfway, should I go ? Just asking to make this "exception" driving out to see him at his hotel. Crazy.
He said we will go swimming. He also said he feels like he likes me very much and may even kiss me if he sees me.
Should I run EVEN if he agrees to meet me half way or give him a chance ?
He seems to be leading with hormones.

I think on the 1st date if someone wants to see you then he should make it happen to come see you. I don't like you going all the way out there. I'm not even sure like you going half way from a safety standpoint.

I am loosing interest. thank youUnappealing that he would even mention such a thingOh my god he tried to call me and then texted me . Something is feeling off.I am in the "freeze" modeI feel like blowing him off , but he just texted me that he tried to contact me.We were supposed to meet somewhere tonight and now , not sure if it is my mood or not , but I don't know if I want to listen to what he has to propose.

Just let him know that it does not work for you to go to his hotel or meet him half way if he has an interest coming to you on another night would be more than open to it.

I told him by text that maybe another night that he has more time, he can come out my way. I will let you know what he says.No answer thus far. I feel this may indicate he was just looking for a quick thrill that he didn't have to work hard for.
