I have been trying to respond to you for two days
I am currently on hold with customer service who asked if I wanted a refund.
I said no, I want to respond.
On my end it is saying I must lock the question, I push lock and it says access denied.
I'm still on hold more than 10 minutes later. I am speaking with Joe in the Philippines.
Please know that I am trying to get back to you.
I will request a refund for this message to you, but not the original question which I'd like to discuss with you further.
They promised to email me when they have straightened out this issue.
