I dont understant why you expect me to accept and pay for

I don't understant why you expect me to accept and pay for an answer until I have had a chance to try out the "solution" proposed by your "expert" to see if it works. I refuse to pay for bad advice.

An answer to my question. It seems that I don't understand how your system works. I submitted a question and "Just Answer" took payment from my credit card, but I have not accepted the answer yet?

It seems as if they have taken a deposit and it will stay in your account until you are satisfied and accept an answer. In order to participate a deposit is made. I hope that helps. You can always write to them directly and ask your billing question.
