I asked earlier today but I do not find the answers and no email giving me my password XXXXX I am having to register again and try again. Is someone really there and will you really respond this time. I already paid but have toagain just to get to this point.

You're probably having trouble figuring out the system for asking questions. Feel free to look up the customer service number and get them to walk you thru what you need to understand.
