Today is my wedding anniversary. My husband did not mention

Customer Question

Today is my wedding anniversary. My husband did not mention anything. When he complained about a stomach ache, I remarked "guess that mean you can't take us to dinner tonight, huh? You do know what today is?". His reply whas "Guess not". We have been married for 4 years. Every year, we have this say problem, not just on our anniversary, but on Mother's Day and my birthday, too. He complains that he does not have the money to do anything or he's not feeling well. I have to pout and sulk in order to get any response from him. Even a measly $3.00 card would be sufficient at this point. I really don't feel appreciated at times. I do so much around here. He doesn't work due to a permanent disability and he is on a limited income. I work 45-50hrs/wk and pay 90% of the bills without question, I am in school working on my Master's degree, we have an 8 year old son. I buy things the household needs without question. I feel that I deserve better. Help!!!
