This is indeed, a bad situation for her, and you and your friends are very kind to try to help her 'see the light' of the situation, that she will NOT have a future with this man, he is using her and will never leave his wife for her. He may not be a bad person, but if she believes she has a future with this man, she's sadly mistaken.
Since you and all your friends telling her this, has not made her realize her continuing mistake, the only other alternative, which may make her believe this is a bad situation for her, is a counselor/therapist with experience in this area. If you can get her to agree to see a counselor, I think that's your best bet, at this time. If she refuses, maybe you can get someone to meet with you and her, like he/she is a friend of yours, and let her talk this out, if you begin the discussion.
While you feel and know, what she's doing will only end up badly for her, if she won't listen to reason, she might have to learn her lesson on her own, and get hurt, eventually, if she won't take anyone's advice. The only other way to get her to stop seeing this married man, is to anonymously let his wife know he's cheating on her, but I don't know if you want to go that far and insinuate yourself in this other man's personal life.
