My roku is not working, I have no idea and it does not show…

Please check on the Roku device itself for the model number(it should be connected to your TV's HDMI port located on the back or side of your TV). It may look like 3810x, 4660x,etc.

Please follow the steps given below and let me know what happens.

1. Please unplug the power cable of the TV.
2. While it's unplugged, press and hold the TV's power button(on the TV itself) for about 40 seconds. Then release the power button. Let it remain without power for 13 minutes.
3. Then please disconnect both the power(Locate the mini power adapter on the side or back of the Roku and unplug it) and the HDMI cable connected to the Roku device.
4. Leave the Roku device also for approximately 13 minutes.
5. Reconnect HDMI, then plug the Roku power cable back in (using the wall power outlet only, not the TV USB)
6. Reconnect the power cable to the TV.
7. Unplug the power cord to the router/modem.
8. Wait 6 minutes.
9. Plug the power cord back in.
10. Wait 5 minutes.

Check if you can access the Roku home screen now. Please kindly let me know how it goes.

Yes, Roku recommends connecting to the power outlet. Could you please remove the Roku device from your TV and try to connect it to the power outlet(just by using the power cable)? Are you able to see the power led indicator on your Roku device?
