- Any idea how old is the Roku device in question?
- Do you get any error message when trying to connect the Roku to the internet?
Thanks for the info, it seems the wifi circuitry on the Roku box has got an internal failure that is why unable to receive the internet data, sorry for this news
We have tried all possible steps to fix it but none has worked, at this point, a new Roku device is needed to resolve the problem, a new Roku device would be available around $30 or 35
