I just established an account with Brit Box. I went to my ROKU on my tv. I clicked on the icon BRITBOX and it asked for a four digit PIN. I don't have one. How do I establish one?

Technician's Assistant: What Roku model do you have? How old is it?

Model 462DX It's about 6 months old. I usually watch NETFLIX, or AMAZON PRIME. So it works fine.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

TV menu is fine. It's only the PIN to use BRITBOX.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your 462DX? What happened right before this?

It has only been an issue when I established an account with BRITBOX yesterday.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

I don't think so. I like my ROKU.
