Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

RoKU. Now I can't get back. Ans.: Samsung model #UN32EH4003, 31", bought new 9/13.

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

I have never used one before. The menu works when I.m using the TV.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your #UN32EH4003? What happened right before this?

Well, it gets into TV, but the TV then says weak or no signal, and won't respond to anything.

When I turn on the TV now, for a moment it says "Air
34"
in the upper right hand corner, then it goes to "weak or no signal". I honestly don't know what "Air 34" means, so what do I do?

Can you tell me how you get your regular tv stations? If there is a cable or satellite box, can you tell me exactly where on the back of the tv that is connected (such as hdmi1, hdmi2, etc)?
