I have a new router installed today -- I need help installing my roku to my TV

Technician's Assistant: What Roku model do you have? How old is it?

I am not sure!

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

The TV works fine

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your Roku? What happened right before this?

Verizon technician installed new router today - before that I was enjoying my roku

The TV menu does work - I have no other problems

Sure, please press Home button on Roku remote to get home screen then go to setting option and find Network Setup, click it to run network setup, do you see your wifi router name there?
