Cannot enter code number since i missed doing so when loaded Roku. I just purchased this machine around Christmas

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Roku media player?

I tried to find a way to downloaded so I could reload I tried to find program that would allow me to enter the code no avail

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll up or down and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Advanced system settings.
  5. Select Factory reset.
  6. Select Factory reset everything and follow the on-screen instructions.
