I cannot get mu...

I cannot get mu ROKU 3 to work. It worked well up to two weeks ago. When I turn it on the TV screen turns blue and a message saying "Not Support" appears. Can you send a refresh signal

Technician's Assistant: What does your TV screen look like when you try to connect your digital media player? Is there anything at all displayed?

When I unplug the ROKU power cord and replug it the ROKU Icon appears then the screen goes black then blue and the message appears again

Technician's Assistant: Is your digital media player connected to the TV, or is it connected to a power outlet?
