I have a blu-ray...

I have a blu-ray model BD-JM57C. Tried to connect to Amazon video. I am a member of amazon prime. Screen on TV says to "SIGN IN AND START WATCHING". I press the OK button, a screen showed-up asking to ENTER YOUR CODE (showing six letters). This never happened before. Need your help.

I have samsung soundbar

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Samsung system and your BD-JM57C?

Samsung system works great. I have used BD-JM57C on NETFLEX which works fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?

I can get on Amazon Video by going thru the TV remote with no problems. I was trying to get subtitle similar to the BD-JM57C
