I automatically hooked it up to a power strip & now I am absolutely lost

Technician's Assistant: Who makes your media player? How old is it?

Panasonic...I would say maybe 10 years old.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Panasonic media player?

He selected input. ..you are dealing with two (husband & wife) 76 year old novices. We were told "anyone can do this!

NO NO NO I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY MORE WHEN SUPPOSEDLY ROKU MEDIA TECH WILL HELP ME!!!
