Tune to video 6 on my tv, plug in Roku as usual, but instead of "rook" appearing on my screen, it remains blank. Unplugged everything and plugged in again... same outcome.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?

2 red, 2 white, 1 orange, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 blue

Technician's Assistant: Was there a power outage recently?

No
