I can not get my roku to play. I have Moved and it will not play. It comes up on the screen but will not respond to the remote
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is 2 years old, not sure the make and. Model
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it has the red yellow and white cables
