how do i turn off the computer generated voice commands on my roku
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: model 4046x and a few years old. the voice just started
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: its only been a few days and nothing happened that i noticed

Audio Guide can be turned on or off by pressing the button on the Roku remote four times quickly. The button is located below and to the right of the directional pad on the Roku remote. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of the remote.
