I have a Roku...

I have a Roku premiere that I have had for about 1 month and it has no sound. I looked at the settings and it should be on. It was working until last night when I turned on the TV

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?

I have tried it on a Samsung and a panasonic. I have another Roku premeire and it is working on both of those TV's

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
