My Roku system will not connect tonight. It continues to say no signal. My wi-fi is working fine.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?

It's about 4 years old. Where do I find the make/model number?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It worked fine last night. I was watching tv, so I switched from HDMI to HDMI 2 and immediately the no signal message came up.
