Do you see a Reset button on Roku device, it might be located on rear or bottom or on side of device?

It would be a tiny hole labeled as Reset on device.

Good, you would need to reset the Roku device to default settings by pushing a pointed object (unfolded paper clip) into that hole to push the reset button there for 3 seconds while Roku device power is On.

This will restore the Roku device to default settings.

Do you get Roku initial setup screen now?

If so, there you can put your correct email address while going through first time setting up Roku wizard.

I just reset now they want to redo the whole thing.they keep telling me to reset my email my roku account but I can't because they send it to the one they have.they gave me a phone number to call but the recording tells me the same. so now I have nothing
