All of my selected...

All of my selected channels contain some squares that are blank with only a ?. I’ve shut everything down and rebooted, but that doesn’t work. Trouble started a few days ago. I’ve had Rocky for a few years with no problem.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?

Model 2027X Had it about a year.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Sarted 4-7 days ago. Installed a new router.

I unplugged Roku, modem, router, computer,, printer, Rebooted after 5 min.

OK, there would be reset button on bottom of Roku box, while Roku power is On push that button with any pointed object for at least 3 seconds to restore Roku box to default settings and reply back with the result.

Isn’t booting up. I went to roku.com/link, entered the code, then went to the web. They said my account had expired, and I had to pay a $100 to set up a new account!

No, there is no fee at all to activate Roku device or signup with Roku.

Well, you have given me wrong advice. I called with a simple problem, but Roku still worked. Now I have nothing. Your question - no, when I entered on my computer the link Roku.com/link. Then rapcomlink came up.
