I paid for TVteka...

I paid for TVteka but don't have library TVteka storage of the movies, shows etc

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?

Roku 2 and Roku 3. I don't know the year when it were made

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Everything was fine. I just forgot to pay. After I paid I am not able to use library now. It says list ampty

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Video Expert to know before I connect you?

I disconnected Roku and after connection code poped up on both devices. I connected in my tvteka site in my computer. Cabinet show that it was paid but I am not able to use it.
