I had internet and Roku worked fine. I switched to //Verizon

I had cox internet and Roku worked fine. I switched to //Verizon wireless internet. That is working fine except for the Roku. I only get about 1/2 the stations I got before including I don't get CBSN which I watched daily.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Which device?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It started when I switched to Verizon internet. I am using an ether net connection

Can you please remove the power to the TV and Roku (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the Roku and TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
