It says I am not connected to internet
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Roku2 XD - don't see model no.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Worked last night. Nothing new.
JA: Anything else you want the Video Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Only other thing is that my credit card was hacked, and the old card has been cancelled. I called to change the number however.
