I have an old Roku device. I just talked to a Roku person who said you could help me but they could not. When I try to get into Netflix I see a message which says I do not have anymore time on Netflix.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It is a black box with Roku HD on it. My remote has a button on the top that looks like a house, four directional arrows and an OK button in the middle and under that three other buttons.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This only happened tonight.
