Recently my icons do not show any pictures of the movies. I restart the Roku box and they appear again.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I will have to find that out when I go home but from memory it is about 2 to 3 years old
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: last two weeks
