Want to sign into Pandora, but husband has forgotten his roku password. Can you help me recover it?

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?

I'll have to ask my husband and call you back. Thanks.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Last week or so husband Ron [*****@******.***] deleted Pandora without asking me and I'm trying to get it back.
