JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It is a Roku 2.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I tried to reset my router.

Error 014.50 means that your Roku is unable to connect to your wifi network.
1. Check that you are using the correct wireless password ***** your network. (remember that passwords are case sensitive)
2. Ensure you are selecting the correct wireless name.
3. Adjust player position for better wireless signal.
