JA: How's your WiFi signal strength? Can you connect to the Internet using a computer or another device?
Customer: i am talking to you thru my computer
JA: Have you tried restarting both your digital media player and your router?
Customer: what is the digital player and i am not much on the computer
JA: The Video Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the video expert to know before I connect you?

On the Roku, you may have to reconnect to the signal. Press the Menu button > network > wireless / wifi. On the next screen, choose your signal name, enter your wireless password, and connect. Did that work?
