The Netflix screen is frozen, can't hit any arrow and move down or hit the play button.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: express
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: hit the netfkix & then went to the 2nd screen, Worked fine last night.
JA: Anything else you want the video expert to know before I connect you?

This generally occurs when the Roku box locks up (a glitch) and needs to be reset. To do this, follow the steps below:

1) Shut the TV off.

2) Unplug the power cord from the back of the Roku Express for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.

3) Turn the TV on, and then after the Roku letters- let me know if the remote responds as it should.
