My Roku says there isn't a network connection. I have scanned about 5 times and nothing happens. My internet is on.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: which device? internet or roku?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We had storms today but my electric, internet, etc. are fine. I found it when I got home from work so I don't know how long it has been out.
