I will be helping you with your roku problem.
I would like to know more about your other apps, are they working?
Have you tried to log on netflix on your computer? Is it working there?
I would suggest you do the following to reset your roku. Disconnect it from the tv, power off your wifi router, disconnect it and let it sit for 5 minutes. Power of tv and power it on without roku being connected.Then power on the router and later tv with roku.Let me know the results
