JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And have you done any troubleshooting yourself?
Customer: Samsung T.V. the HDMI cable is hooked up to the bell reciever
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just got home from Walmart wanted to hook up Roku but no HDMI cable

Are you referring to there being no HDMI cable included with the Roku? If so, which model Roku did you purchase please?
