I have been using Netflix for several weeks, using HTMI2 setting on my LG TV. It has suddenly stopped working, although I have made NO changes in equipment of procedure
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Make is LG. I don't know the model, as it is a hand-me-down. Ser No.811ocxmoo186. Probably several years old.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I believe I requested our local Comcast to add NetFlix to our services. We have been watching movies and TV series for 6 or 8 weeks, with no problems. Last night, it simply quit working.
