ROKU is installed on my TV. I received a message stating it

ROKU is installed on my TV. I received a message stating it could not be accessed and requested that I check the wireless connection. I did and had to reconnect the wireless connection. Then ROKU disappeared from the TV.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Samsung 55"
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It happened last night.
