I have connected my roku to my tv. it nows tells me i may not be connected to the internet. i don't get it.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: about 5 years. i had netflix connected to my blue ray, but could not get amazon prime. so I had the connection. my son set my account up at his house and it was great.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it is a sony bravia.
