I just bought it and i have nothing coming up tried to register online and now it wans a PIN# ?? Said something about a credit card doesnt say how much or why??????
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Roku exspress
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just bought it and installed it then say needs a wifi

That sounds like defective merchandise. It shouldn't have a PIN set on it already, I don't think! which hints that it is formerly tried-out and then returned merchandise.

Try taking it back to the store you bought it from, with the sales receipt and in the original packaging, and ask for a refund or an exchange for another in fully working condition. With the sales receipt in hand, the store ought to honor such a request. But, be sure to do that ASAP, since return/exchange terms for a device from a store, generally do not exceed 7 days to 2 weeks from purchase date.
