Hi, Pearl, this is Dave. My cell is(###) ###-#### Email:***@******.***. My issue is this. I have a brand new Insignia Roku TV that is having problems connecting to the software update server. Error 003.
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Insignia model no. NS-39DR510NA17. Brand new.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since I've purchased the TV. It will connect to my local network and to the Internet, but gives me an error message (003) at the Software Update window. Have tried it many times and different times of day.
