I am having the same problems described here with Amazon Prime-- it runs for a few minutes, then freezes.... after several minutes reloads for several minutes... then runs for a few minutes then freezes....... you get the picture- Help? Netflix works fine!
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: ROKU Model N1000; approximately 3 years old (?)
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Been a problem for about the past three weeks. Nothing in particular happened.... I was watching Blue Bloods and it just froze. I unplugged all, replugged, started again... same thing. Tried again the next two nights... same thing. Gave up and just watched Netflix... :-)
JA: Anything else you want the video expert to know before I connect you?

Can you do the following on the Roku please

sing the remote control by pressing the following buttons:

Home 5 times
Up 1 time
Rewind 2 times
Fast Forward 2 times

Then once it has restarted, tell me how it then functions please
