we are getting a purple screen with hdcp unauthorized. content disabled. but we're getting audio. can you help?
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: the projector or Roku?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: we used Roku once and it worked fine. twice we've tried using it and we get the purple screen.
