JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: about 45 minuates ago

Customer: It does it on my Roku Premiere+ also

How far from the router?
If you go to on your computer, what ping/up/down results do you get?

No it usually happends anytime of the day... i have wifi on my Roku 2 and ethernet on the premiere+

my laptop does not do a accurate speedtest because its not compatiable with the 150mphs.. it does it on just a couple apps

Well the rokus really aren't compatible either, they are going to be limited to a 100mbps connection,

even knowing what it can get would be a good indicator of what the roku is getting

Basically the Roku has a playback problem on a few apps PS vue, Slacker Radio and tune in it plays good at times and sometimes it doesn't i have restart the device twice even turned off the modem for a few seconds checked the network connection which is excellent oh i removed the ps vue app then downloaded it again
