i can not get connected with roku, iput in the password ***** my netgear and does not connect. can I talk to someone who can help me?
JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: my roku or me getgear?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I switched internet provider today and I can not get onto roku, i called my internet server and they can not hlep me.
