Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Have you connected the player to your wifi already, and just need to activate netflix?
Or you need to get on the wifi now and don't know your password?
These are 2 entirely different things, neither code would be in the manual.

I am already connected to wifi and I have activated Netflix months ago and receive on multiple tvs. Your response is no help.

I was asking you for some information to determine what you actually needed, I was not providing you with an answer yet.

There is no such thing as a network lock code. If you can tell me exactly what you are seeing on the screen (what it is asking you for) I can help you.

It is asking for a four digit network code. This is the second time I have told you that!
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

If it were connected to the wifi already as you indicated, then it would not ask for a network code, which also would not be 4 digits.

I'll opt out of the question at this point.

Best of luck to you,
