Since upgrading from bt home hub 3 to bt home hub 5, my iPhone and ipad are not connecting to I watch dvr but on tv screen connection is ok, also these mobile devices are connecting alright to my son's dvr where connection is through sky

Hi there,

Try restarting the new home hub 5.

Then remove all stored connections from the iPhone and iPad.

Next, try setting up a new connection again on each device.
