Customer Question

Hi, I have had my Sherwood 5 CD changer 5 months and it has started altering the sound level all by itself. It goes quiet, loud and almost off. The CD's work fine in other players. What can be the matter.

Hello, It's very rare that the changer itself would be altering the sound level, in most cases this would be occurring within the amp or receiver. Can you tell me what the make and model of the receiver is that the changer is connected to?
